I have my favourite ones:
Best picture: The Artist
Best actor: Demian Bichir
Best actress: Meryl Streep
Best director: Woody Allen or Martin Scorcese or Michel Hazanaviciu (this one is hard to choose just one)
Best original screenplay: The artist
But I must say that my list is based mostly on the movies I've seen (which haven't been all) and the actors' career beside this movies. May the best one wins ;)
